A Colour Correcting Cream (CC Cream) is also known as a complexion corrector and is best used to alleviate beauty imperfections such as dark spots or skin redness. CC cream will neutralise the imperfections by using colour opposite each other on the colour wheel (for example, green cancels out red).
CC cream is often formulated for more mature skin that often requires more coverage to help smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Depending on which CC cream you are using it might also brighten your skin tone or offer sun protection.
