Covid 19 Update: We are operating as normal with weekday courier pickups from CourierPost.
Please note that CourierPost are unable to deliver to 'non essential' business addresses at Levels 3 and 4. So our advice is to ensure your order has your residential address.

We use CourierPost (overnight service) for speedy nationwide delivery!

Our customers love us for our fast delivery. So long as you place your order by 2pm, you should receive it the next business day for any urban deliveries. If you live in a rural address please allow another day or so as those can take a wee bit longer.

Covid UPDATE: While most parcels are still being delivered overnight, there are some instances (especially Auckland) where the parcel delivery is held up by a few more days due to Covid. If your parcel is delayed, we have been advised by CourierPost that we need to allow up to 5 business days before they can commence an investigation. 

Once your order has been picked up by the courier we will email your tracking details. Upon delivery of the order we will send another email to advise that it's been delivered. Depending on the size of your order we may arrange for signature required to reduce risk of theft. You may stipulate no signature required (at your own risk) and that the parcel is to be left in the letterbox or some location you feel comfortable with that's not in full view of passerby's (the order instructions option is available near the end of the payment process).

Orders & Payment Processing

We use secure payment gateways with Stripe for debit/ credit cards, and Afterpay to process your payment. We will notify you by email once your payment has been processed, and also email you once your order has been shipped. We will of course, provide a tracking number.

Order missing?

All orders are tracked by GPS so if anything goes amiss, we can look into the missing item on your behalf and keep you updated on progress. If an order has been confirmed as delivered but for whatever reason you feel you did not receive it, we will get in touch to ask a few questions, before commencing an investigation with CourierPost.

Before contacting us to advise of a missing parcel you may wish to check in with your neighbour's first as often when a parcel has gone astray it can often by a simple case of the Courier accidentally dropping it off to the wrong address nearby.

CourierPost use GPS tracking to assist determining whether the item was delivered to the correct address and at what time. If we determine that there was possible theft involved, we reserve the right to lodge a Police Complaint in order to ensure repeat offences in the neighborhood are less likely to happen.


We are confident you will love the makeup you purchase from us, however, we understand that you may just change your mind and wish to return your purchase. All good, just make sure you don't open it (and cause damage to the packaging) and return it in the original condition.

Simply get in touch with us at and send your item back to us in the same packaging within 10 days of delivery. Once received and checked that everything is as it should be, we'll process the refund on the cost of your goods (not including shipping) to your credit/debit card.

If the product is faulty, we will of course offer a full refund or product replacement. Just note we may ask you to return it to us before we process the refund or replace the product. It will help if you send a photo of the product (if it's clearly broken) to with your order reference and any background info to speed up resolution of any issue.
