We deliver next business day when you order by 2pm to 180 towns and cities across New Zealand. For rural orders, just allow another day or so.

Signature Required & Delivery Options
Most customers want their parcel delivered fast, so we ship without signature by default.
If you'd like added security, just type "Signature Required" in the Order Comments field at checkout. We'll dispatch with signature-on-delivery enabled. Important: With Signature Required NZ Post may still email or text you when your parcel is out for delivery, offering the option to waive signature. If you waive at that point, your parcel will be left without a signature and travels at your risk from that moment.
If you'd like a specific safe-drop location, add instructions to the Order Comments field — for example: "leave at front door", "in the letterbox", "behind the gate".
We may add Signature Required at our discretion for higher-value orders, or in delivery areas where we're aware of courier theft.
Liability and risk
Orders shipped without Signature Required (including orders with "leave at door" style instructions in Order Comments) travel at the customer's risk once NZ Post's tracking marks them as delivered.
If NZ Post's tracking confirms a parcel was delivered correctly and it is subsequently lost or taken from the property, we are unable to refund or replace the items. We will provide any tracking documentation needed for a Police report or insurance claim.
We reserve the right to require a Police report for any instance of theft after delivery.

Orders & Payment Processing
We use secure payment gateways with Stripe for debit/ credit cards, and Afterpay to process your payment. We will notify you by email once your payment has been processed, and also email you once your order has been shipped. We will of course, provide a tracking number.
Order missing?
All orders are tracked, and NZ Post use GPS confirmation for deliveries.
If your parcel shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:
First, check around your property and with neighbours
Then contact us and we’ll help investigate with NZ Post
If NZ Post confirms the parcel was delivered correctly, we are unable to replace or refund stolen items.
In cases where theft is suspected, we may ask you to lodge a Police report and provide a copy. This helps track repeat incidents and supports any investigation.
Returns (easy as)
We are confident you will love the makeup you purchase from us, however, we understand that you may just change your mind and wish to return your purchase. All good, just make sure you don't open it (and cause damage to the packaging) and return it in the original condition.
Simply get in touch with us at hello@kissandmakeup.co.nz and send your item back to us in the same packaging within 20 days of delivery. Once received and checked that everything is as it should be, we'll process the refund on the cost of your goods (not including shipping) to your credit/debit card.

If the product is faulty, we will of course offer a full refund or product replacement. Just note we may ask you to return it to us before we process the refund or replace the product. It will help if you send a photo of the product (if it's clearly broken) to hello@kissandmakeup.co.nz with your order reference and any background info to speed up resolution of any issue.
