The How
1. To quickly intensify any eye look, press the paddle tip into the lash roots in dots to create the illusion of a fuller lashes.
2. To line your upper lash line, tilt your head back at a slight angle, and steady your hand on a flat surface.
3. Lifting your eyelid taught, apply the eyeliner in a continuous line from inner to outer corner.
4. For a striking look, finish with a flick of eyeliner from the outer corner of your eye.
