Turn the gua sha applicator head to the ON position.
Gently squeeze the tube to dispense a small amount of cream.
Apply it across your jawline, neck and décolletage.
Using light pressure, glide the applicator upwards and outwards for approximately five minutes. Never scrape aggressively or massage downwards.
After use, wipe the metal applicator with a clean dry tissue or alcohol swab, then turn it back to the OFF position.
If you are new to retinol, begin two or three times a week before gradually increasing use as your skin adjusts.

Gua sha does not permanently change your facial structure or remove fat. The more sculpted appearance seen immediately after massage is generally temporary and comes from reducing visible puffiness.

It will not permanently reshape your jaw or provide the same result as an in-clinic procedure.
You may notice that your face and jawline look less puffy immediately after massage. Your skin should also feel softer and more hydrated after use.
Changes in skin texture and radiance may become noticeable after approximately four to eight weeks of consistent use. Retinol-related improvements in the appearance of fine lines and firmness commonly require eight to twelve weeks or longer.
Results vary depending on your skin, frequency of use and the rest of your routine.
The massage can be used daily if your skin is comfortable with the formula. Because it contains retinol, new users should start two or three times a week and gradually increase the frequency.
More pressure or longer massages will not produce faster results. Gentle, consistent use is best.
We recommend using it in your evening routine because it contains retinol. Always apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day while using retinol products.
If you prefer to use it in the morning, sunscreen is particularly important.
The product has completed skin-irritation testing, but retinol can still cause dryness, tingling or irritation—especially when first introduced.
Patch test before use, begin slowly and avoid combining it with other retinoids or strong exfoliating acids in the same routine if your skin is sensitive. Stop using it if persistent irritation occurs.
Use light, comfortable pressure. The applicator should glide smoothly without scraping, stretching or hurting your skin. Avoid using it over broken, inflamed or actively irritated skin.
After each use, wipe the metal head with a clean dry tissue or alcohol swab. Turn the applicator back to the OFF position before storing it.
