How do you use Loreal high contour brow artist?
Brush brows upwards with a clean spoolie brush, then with the pencil use short and light strokes to mimic your natural hairs. Softly fill in any sparse areas and continue building up for your designer look. Apply the highlighter directly under the brow, on the brow bone, and then blend it for a fresh, natural look.
