Will Maybelline Color Sensational dry out your lips?
If you have dry lips we recommend that you don't select a matte shade. Matte shade's have less oil in them and more wax which makes the pigment deeper and more rich and long wearing. However for dry lips it can make your lips drier and so we recommend trying a cream shade or other type of shade
